Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Hot Miami Styles look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and liners attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact. Please include your packing slip inside the package to help us identify your order quickly.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Please note that a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit via an E-Gift Card sent directly to your email within 5-7 business days.
